Blue Sky Leisure Wins Customer Care Award at EDP Tourism in Norfolk Awards

Blue Sky Leisure's unbeatable customer services were recognised as the best in the county as they took home the Customer Care Award at the prestigious EDP Tourism in Norfolk Awards ceremony on 21st November 2008.

More than 300 people came together to celebrate both corporate and individual achievements in the annual EDP sponsored awards ceremony held at the Holiday Inn Norwich-North hotel.  

On hand to collect the award for Blue Sky Leisure was Sue Allen, the group’s Customer Services Officer who handles the customer service activities across all the companies under the Blue Sky Leisure umbrella, which include, Kelling Heath Holiday Park, Woodhill Park and ZAKS Restaurants.

The judges commented that: “The Blue Sky Leisure portfolio of holiday parks, park home sites and restaurants has grown over the past four decades through understanding and developing its customer base. The business has long had a strong reputation for customer service and has now reinforced this ethos by introducing a clear strategic focus on delivering service.”
